Led by Dr. Anil K. Dr. Ruchika Manchanda is the Chief Executive Officer of Curewell Diabetes, Obesity & Cardiac Centre, New Delhi, bringing extensive experience in clinical medicine, government medical services, infectious diseases, laboratory medicine and healthcare leadership to the organisation.
A graduate of Pt. JNM Medical College, Raipur, Dr. Manchanda completed her MBBS in 1989 and subsequently obtained her MD from JNMC, KLE University, Belagavi, in 2018. Her professional journey has included clinical experience at PGIMER, Chandigarh, Dr. RML Hospital and Hindu Rao Hospital, New Delhi, followed by significant medical service with the CRPF, Government of India, and the Special Protection Group (SPG), New Delhi, where she served in senior medical positions.
From 1 December 2018 to 31 May 2020, Dr. Manchanda served as Head of the Department of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at Yashoda Hospital, Ghaziabad, further developing her expertise in diagnostic medicine, infectious diseases and laboratory-based healthcare.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played an important role in expanding diagnostic capacity. She was involved in the establishment of COVID-19 diagnostic laboratories at SpiceHealth, New Delhi, and served as Laboratory Director during 2020–2021, contributing to large-scale COVID-19 testing and diagnosis during a critical period of the pandemic.
Since 2007, Dr. Manchanda has been associated with Curewell Medical Centre in a leadership capacity, contributing to the organisation’s development and its commitment to professional, patient-centred healthcare. She is also Good Clinical Practice (GCP) trained.
Today, in addition to serving as CEO of Curewell Diabetes, Obesity & Cardiac Centre, Dr. Manchanda is the Laboratory Director of Curewell Medlab, Bali Nagar, New Delhi, providing leadership across both clinical healthcare and diagnostic laboratory services.
Her vision is centred on clinical quality, diagnostic excellence, ethical medical practice and patient-focused healthcare. She is committed to building an integrated healthcare environment where accurate diagnosis, evidence-based medicine and personalised patient care work together to support better long-term health outcomes.
